Ashwini is a seasoned chemist and bioprocess expert with over 23 years of industry experience. He played a foundational role in the development of mini-nucleosome technology at both Summation Bio and now at AAVINUE. Ashwini previously held leadership roles in process development at Abbvie, Takeda, Sanofi, and Cadila, spanning diverse therapeutic areas including CNS, immunology, and oncology. He received his PhD from the University of Mumbai and completed postdoctoral work at the University of Massachusetts, where he also served as a faculty member. Ashwini has authored more than 15 research articles and continues to drive innovation in scalable gene therapy manufacturing.
